he PNU-Publication Office is pleased to announce the publication of The Normal Lights 16(2) issue for December 2022. The current issue includes eight articles that highlight the concept of building back better from learning losses with the theme, “Catching Up and Building Back Better from Learning Losses.” Three of these eight articles are authored by the faculty of the University.
