AsTEN Welcomes Dr. Ahmad Bukori Muslim as Editor-in-Chief

The AsTEN Journal of Teacher Education is pleased to announce the appointment of Dr. Ahmad Bukori Muslim as its new Editor-in-Chief.

Dr. Muslim is a Professor of Educational Linguistics at Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia with a distinguished record in teacher education, educational research, and academic leadership. His work reflects a strong commitment to teacher education, language and literacy studies, and active engagement in academic and professional initiatives across the region. Under his leadership, the journal will continue to uphold methodological rigor, relevance to classroom practice, and the inclusive representation of diverse educational contexts.

As Editor-in-Chief, Dr. Muslim will work closely with the editorial team and the AsTEN community to advance the journal’s mission of promoting high-quality research in teacher education. He will play a key role in shaping editorial policies and fostering scholarly dialogue that contributes to the continued development of teacher education in Southeast Asia and beyond.
