On May 16, 2018, the Commission on Higher Education (CHED) held its first Research Brown Bag Policy Forum with the theme, “Strengthening the Research Culture through Policies on Publication in the Age of Internalization” during its 24th week celebration of founding anniversary at Central Office. The said forum was convoked for editors of CHED-JIP recognized journals including The Normal Lights of the Philippine Normal University represented by its Editor-in-Chief, Dr. Marie Paz E. Morales.
