No. All journals managed by the Publication Office are APC-free. Authors are not required to pay any fees for submission, peer review, editing, or publication.

Are your journals available in print?

Currently, our journals are primarily published online for broader accessibility.

What journals are managed by the Publication Office?

The Publication Office manages The Normal Lights, AsTEN Journal of Teacher Education, Asia Pacific Higher Education Research Journal (APHERJ), and PRISMA: Gender and Education E-Journal.

How can I submit my manuscript for publication?

Manuscripts must be submitted through the designated Online Journal System (OJS) or Online Monograph System (OMS). Detailed submission guidelines are available on each journal’s website.

Do you provide DOI for published articles?

Yes. Each article published in our journals is assigned a unique Digital Object Identifier (DOI) to ensure permanent accessibility and proper citation.
